It could work, if Alois didn't hate him for being a pirate once upon a time (and starting up again in the near future if he has his way). Despite being in the Navy, I don't think Cyn would have anything personal against him, so like I said, it could still work. But I don't know how Alois could tolerate him given his hate. Unless of course he's a man who believes in second chances and thinks that Cynric is done with his pirating days. Which of course Cyn wont mind letting him believe as long as it keeps him out of trouble. But, yeah! If you think we could make it work, I'm cool with it. As for Augustine, I don't see why they can't interact. He wont mind the fact she isn't all that classy. In fact, that might just attract him more cause it's easier to get along loud and blunt rather than the stuffy and sophisticated. If she'd get caught gambling suckers out of their money, he'll be happy to accept her assistance. Otherwise, friends with benefits is a go *shot*

The thing about Alois is that he doesn't care about former pirates. He only wants to catch CURRENT pirates, and mostly just violent ones. He does understand the allure of freedom on the seas, so generally, nonviolent pirates won't catch his bad side. Alois really hates classically bad pirates, you know? For the most part, I think he'd let Cynric be who he wants without any particularly bad blood. Just lectures. As for being done with pirating or not, Alois would be quick to find out the truth, but he wouldn't immediately turn against him. He'd just do his best to lecture Cyn into being one of the nonviolent pirates that he doesn't mind.

As for Augustine, she's REALLY easy to get into pretty much anything. While it's not her active hobby to cheat people or gamble, she's a go-with-the-flow kind of girl. If Cynric was like "Know what's fun? Gambling." then she'd probably hop on board without much thought. She's easily swept up into shenanigans, and she's rather irresponsible, so it's not like she cares about getting into trouble or right or wrong. She's not terribly fond of murder in cold blood, but that's about it.

Then that'll definetely work out for them uwu Cyn was never particularly a "bad" pirate to begin with. The worst thing he ever done was kill his previous captain, but that was totally justified so that doesn't count *shot* The worst he ever did was steal (and maybe kill others during the fights on the seas but that's just a part of business lol As for the lectures, they'd likely go in one ear and out the other. But he'd do his best to not get on his bad side at least so it should be okay. He just wont be able to make any promises that he wont end up stuck in a cell one day or that he'd be expecting dear old Alois to bust him out like a good friend should. I'm sure it'll be a fun relationship :V Perfect partner in crime then : D He'd abuse that easy going flow, no doubt and try and rope her into all his shenanigans. At the very least, she gets rewarded with good experience and perhaps even some actual prizes (whether that be nights with him or actual cash, it'd all depend on the trickery they caused that day) And no worries, he wouldn't expect her to kill people. He might though, so as long as she doesn't like try and stop him or something, it should all be smooth sailing. Whenever you wanna thread, we could totally get started <3

A bit late, but oh well. I forget things sometimes!

All right, so let's finalize this. I got Alois being a lecturing big brother, right! That's all well and good. Now comes the question of whether we play them as if they'd known each other for a few years already, or if they're just meeting. If they've known each other, it'll be way easier to get where we want to go, whereas having them just meet might take a bit of doing for Alois to get where we want him. Thoughts?

As for Augustine, that all sounds fine and dandy to me! I mean, I imagine he won't be murdering any orphans or anything like that. Long as his murder happens to land on bar trash or other swindlers, she won't care. I'll get to work on a starter for her and Cynric shortly here!

NBD I've been kinda absent a couple days so I can't really say anything =w=;; BUT ANYWAY! I wanna say they know each other at least well enough that Alois wont completely ignore him (or that Cyn would annoy him more so than normal lol) I'm not too great with introductions anyway so admittedly, if there is a chance to skip it I'll be much more comfortable with it. So, yes. At the very least, I'd like them to know each other enough to where they'd be more likely to chat if not already in the whole big brother mentor role. Either way, Cyn needs himself a 'good' influence so he doesn't go full bad pirate anytime soon :V No! No orphans. Admittedly he might use it as a scare tactic to get them to behave but he's much more soft-hearted than he lets on when it comes to kids. Probably because he can relate to them lol Any killing would be what he deems justifiable cause he's never the one to make the first move (unless taunting and teasing counts, oops) so if he ever did kill anyone, more than likely they were asking for it. But, cool! I'll get to work on a reply right now ♥
