Other Info remi rowan patrylo considers himself a man of grace, sophistication and piracy. to him, it's is an intellectual pursuit – he can't deny that the money massages his interest. whaling and hunting is both a lucrative and engaging pursuit for him and his presence the windstead island chain is coupled with one interest in particular: hunting mermaids. he was never born into piracy; just a decade ago remi was a talented navigator and cartographer working for the navy. it was a career that ended abruptly when a brig he served on was boarded and seized. conscripted into working amongst pirates was where remi quickly found himself at home – they were savages and barbarians, maybe, but his savages and barbarians. fast finding the boarding and plundering of ships an enjoyable hobby remi's now the captain of his own ship, the arcturus. initially part of a pirate fleet he now operates independently with his crew within the island chain for profit and on the whim on the rumours of fascinating creatures to be found on the islands. remi's got the hope that whatever they'll find will make a wonderful coat.
