THEODORA "THEO" JEM ABOUT you're looking for me to pour my heart out, right?  To tell you my sob story and everything about me be explained.  I have no sob story.  I was completely content with my life.  The good, was great.  The bad, yeah it sucked, but isn't it better to not dwell on the past?  Everything that happened once upon a time collaborated to make me into who I am now.  Those that thing there are aspects of my life that were horrible, well that's your opinion.  I am happy with how everything laid out.  I am happy with how I am now and would not trade it all for anything. I grew up on the streets of Rhoda.  My parents?  well from what I remember of them, they were broke ass drunks and I left them as soon as I could.  I lived by the law that anything that I could steal was properly won, and anything that was stolen from me was properly lost.  fIGHTING WAS A JOLLY FUN PART OF MY LIFE, AND i MADE IT A POINT TO START AS MANY FIGHTS AS POSSIBLE. rATHER THAN JOIN INTO THE POWERHOUSE GROUP OF THUGS THAT ROAMED THE STREETS, i TOOK UP COLLECTING THE MISFITS.  wE MADE OUR OWN NAME, AND IT WAS GREAT.  Their personalities were all so unique and different, it was hard not to fall in love with them. I had always looked masculine, so I gained the ability to attract both males and females.  I never necessarily out right lied about my gender, they just assumed and I did not correct them.  I didn't really care if they believed me male or female.  The important people knew the truth after all. I gained my ship later in my teens.  Some might think that it was stolen...in a way it was, I suppose.  It was paid for with money that was stolen.  Some of my street gang joined aboard, others remained on the streets.  From there, the true act of piracy began. It was my true calling after all.  Finding treasure is all well and good, but we find that aiming bigger is much more fun. FRIENDS Strangers are not usually a thing in my book.  I could start a conversation with a wall if I wanted to.  I enjoy people and being around people.  Just a note though, personal space might not be an actual thing in my book.  I am loyal to those that I actually care about, and would do pretty much anything for them.  In regards to my crew, the general conception is that no man is left behind.  Once you're one of us, you're stuck with us.  We fight as one, act as one, and if you have a grudge against one of us, the grudge is against all of us. LOVERS Most men find having romantic involvement with me as too difficult.  I am a bit too wild and out of control for most.  I have of course, had relations, but no one has been able to keep up with me as of yet.  It is also important to note that I am not against flirting with women, and a kiss or two here or there isn't out of the ballpark.  Anything is used to further my needs.  If you want my attention and affection though, you have to keep up. RIVALS Certainly I have a lot of rivals or enemies.  I steal from anyone.  Rich, poor, and inbetween.  No one is safe.  There are tons who have a grudge against me.  Both on the seas and on the land.  I don't pay it much heed.  I'll take care of such matters when they get in my way. I would love to have a half-hearted rivalry with her. Jaesom used to be a pirate himself so maybe one of them had stolen from the other causing hatred to fester in the victim. Of course the thief wouldn't probably care but idk. He's a semi-legit merchant now.

Hmm.  She's not the type to hate if she is stolen from.  Her general mind set is that if she steals it it's hers and a job well done, if it is stolen from her, it is theirs and she needs to pay more attention to what she is doing (she might set her sights on besting them one day though).  However, if you want her to have stolen from him and him hate her for it, that's perfectly cool. :3

I see two options here! As Pridham often takes it upon herself to protect those who can't be protected, a bit of a squirmish because Theo was trying to steal something from someone could easily come up. Pridham considers herself a treasure hunter, but she aint no thief. Either that, or if the two met by other circumstances, I could definitely seeing them enjoying each others company a fair bit. Lord knows Prid likes to sit down and have a drink with someone who can run their lips as fast as hers. Even better, Prid doesn't hold grudges, so there could always be a combination. That squirmish? Forget it. What happened on the water can stay on the water in this case.

We could definitely do both. Theo is down for a drink or two from time to time. Despite how she might seem, she only drinks in social settings, and most often, the drink is watered down so she doesn't lose her wits but gets a small buzz going. (She's the type to pretend to be drunk just to see what happens). Then the stealing thing on the streets can happen. ;3 If you want? xD;

I had a thought for possibly rivals or semi-friends? Since both Tyrin and Theo grew up on the streets of Rhoda and didn't really sign up with the big gang (Tyrin and his now-wife kind of ran on their own), maybe they ran into each other from time to time/had a sort-of-alliance against the big gang? Tyrin's not an easy dude to be friends with (he's kind of an enormous douche sometimes) but he would respect Theo for going her own way. Thoughts?

Sounds like a plan that they knew each other as children and were rivals of a sort. A mutual respect that - you do you and I do me and we don't actually harm one another - sort of thing. Us against the world if that makes sense, with the world being bigger gangs. Maybe they saved each other from a pinch or two? Also, Theo gets along with pretty much everyone. She respects all different personalities. Hence why weirdos are drawn to her.

Yes, exactly! Especially if Theo helped Tyrin out first, because he would totally feel like he owed her for that, and it would snowball from there. And maybe that sort of mutual respect/friendly rivalry has carried forward to today? I like it. owo I will make the thread like I said in the cbox |D
